Help for a quieter sit.

Frequently asked questions
Will my sit continue when my iPhone locks?
Yes. SimplySit is designed to keep the timer, markers, and selected audio running while your iPhone is locked.
How do markers and intervals work?
A Marker can sound when a sit begins, at repeating intervals, and when it ends. Choose your interval cadence before you begin. A sit can also run without interval markers.
Can I sit in silence or use sound layers?
Yes. Sit in silence, use one Layer, or combine optional Layers into a Soundscape. The library includes a Chant, weather, water, noise, bowl, fire, and night sounds.
What happens during a phone call or if my headphones disconnect?
A phone call can interrupt audio while SimplySit keeps timing correctly. If headphones disconnect, SimplySit pauses and asks before resuming so audio does not unexpectedly play through the speaker.
Where are my sits, Feelings, and settings stored?
They stay only on your iPhone. SimplySit has no account, cloud sync, ads, or tracking. Your local store is excluded from iCloud backup.
How do trials and subscriptions work?
Your first completed sit is free. Weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions may include an eligible 7-day introductory trial. Apple confirms eligibility before purchase. After a trial, the selected subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it.
How do I cancel or restore a subscription?
Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting SimplySit does not cancel a subscription. To recover access, open SimplySit and use Restore Purchases.
How do I delete my SimplySit data?
SimplySit has no server-side account or practice data to delete. Delete the app from your iPhone to remove its local sits, Feelings, history, and settings. Manage any subscription separately through Apple.
What should I try if a timer or sound does not behave as expected?
Finish the sit, confirm your media volume and audio route, then reopen SimplySit. Install the latest app and iOS updates. If the issue returns, email support with the steps that caused it and whether your phone was locked.
Is SimplySit medical or mental-health care?
No. SimplySit is a timer and personal-practice tool. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or medical advice.
How do I report a mistake in a blog post?
Email support@simplysit.app with the post's address and what is wrong, including a fact about another app. We reply within five business days. If something is wrong, we fix or remove it and add a dated correction note under the post.
